Revolutionary Pyramid design teeth with positive hook angle and EX rim coating. For automatic or CNC saws.

For an excellent finish in Aluminium profiles up to 4.5mm for doors and windows and also plastic profiles.

Pyramid design tooth with positive cutting angle.

Used to cut drawn products and tubes whose thickness does not exceed 3mm.

For use on mitre saws with mechanical clamping of the pieces. Series LU5F

This saw blade is manufactured specifically for cutting Thin Wall Aluminium profiles for doors and windows up to 4.5 thick.

It’s also excellent for PVC. The revolutionary Pyramid Tooth geometry significantly increases tooth life and gives a beautiful cut finish.

The Polished edges of the teeth reduce sticking of aluminium chips to the surface of the blade and the Black EXrim coating directly helps to expel aluminium the chips from the gullet thereby keeping all the cut surfaces clean and the saw tooth staying sharper for longer .
