PLEASE NOTE

This feed speed is for cutting 1x Diameter (EG: an 8mm cutter, cutting 8mm deep per pass).

• If you are cutting 2x the cutting tool Diameter per pass, reduce the feed speed by 25%,

• If you are cutting 3x the Diameter per pass, reduce the feed speed by 50%.

These are recommended start off speeds to give you an indication at what speeds you can start running your cutter at. Each machine, material and application is different so experiment with your machine to get the best result for your application.
