KONIG
Konig is King in Germany. We are proud to be the supplier of this premium range of tooling, manufactured in Western Europe. We secured this range some 8 years ago and as the range has grown, so our stock has grown to keep up with ever-increasing demand. The range includes router bits and rotary cutters as well as drag knives and wheels for textiles, vinyl, rubber and card.
Konig plus
When you are a premium manufacturer who demands premium results, we would point you to KONIG Plus. An innovative specialised range of cutters for specifically designated purposes such as acrylics, plastics, phenolics and composites. The range includes solid carbide cutters and carbide-tipped as well as polycrystalline diamond (PCD) and monocrystalline diamond (MCD) for edge polishing acrylics on CNC controlled machining centres.
FREUD
Our chosen sawblade supplier. The world’s largest sawblade manufacturer, producing their own tungsten carbide, thereby monitoring and controlling the manufacturing process closely and giving them the ability to create new variations to enhance cut quality and performance. Producing about 20,000 blades per day – ensuring as well as enhancing their mantra “Quality recognised worldwide”.
ONSRUD
Onsrud represents extensive engineering resources and solution-based knowledge of problem-solving. Specializing in carbide milling cutters, focused in particular on the high-speed machining of aluminium, plastic, and composite materials. They have their own in house coating machines and literally dozens of state of the art CNC machining centres serviced with mobile robots! Their cutter laboratory is the ‘go to’ for the latest in machining methods, speeds and feeds.
