This saw blade is manufactured specifically for cutting Thin Wall Aluminium profiles for doors and windows up to 4.5 thick.

It’s also excellent for PVC. The revolutionary Pyramid Tooth geometry significantly increases tooth life and gives a beautiful cut finish.

The Polished edges of the teeth reduce the sticking of aluminium chips to the surface of the blade, and the Black EXrim coating directly helps to expel aluminium chips from the gullet, thereby keeping all the cut surfaces clean and the saw tooth staying sharper for longer.

Specifically designed for industrial use where the material being cut is mechanically clamped.
